Students will compete against each other which encourages students to find ways to make there dragster better. Students will use 3D design software, drill press, and a CNC router to make their dragsters. They will also create detailed drawings of their dragster with measurements. Kids will learn the importance of measurement and how details such drag, friction, weight, and other variables are important items to consider. Students will design, build, create, sand, paint, and then test their dragster in a class competition. They will learn to work together and guide each other to help others to be successful in their creation.
