As educators we thrive to give our students the best education possible. Many times this requires us putting in extra hours and our own money. But, it's time and money well spent when it's given to students that will benefit from our efforts. Most of my students do not have computers at home and only have access to computers when in school. This limits their ability to complete required assignments, research for projects, or have access to interactive online games. I want to give my students the gift of technology! I know that by having chrome books and headphones available, they will be able to complete required iReady lessons, view their weekly reading stories in their student portal and research information for projects. Chrome books will even help them monitor their progress in class. They will be able to access their grade book at any time and monitor their grades. Additionally, we will be able to use interactive online educational websites such as Quizlet! I truly hope that this project will inspire you to donate to our little family. It will completely change our educational environment! Thank you.
