I am a PE teacher. I have intervention time in a classroom with my 1st period students. Most of my students love PE, but if I’m being honest, intervention time may not be our favorite part of the day. Sometimes students get tired of the same routines and regime of the class. The materials I’ve requested will help create a learning environment that my students and I have only dreamed about. Ever notice how amazing the libraries are in elementary? I used to love going to the library to read in the tree house at my school when I was a kid. I can't describe how wonderful it would be to create a space that will get my students (and me) excited about reading. By donating you will be encouraging life-long readers, and of course, that means life long learners. You just might inspire a passion for reading to last a lifetime.
