I am requesting this technology addition to my classroom because being able to use Chromebooks (with headphones) will allow my students the opportunity to work independently, though differentiated programs, while I work with small groups. They will be able to access individualized literacy practice through Istation, individualized math practice through Iready, and listen to stories read to them through Epic. Many of my students do not have access to technology at home and/or do not have family members that read to them regularly. This technology would be an incredible asset to me and my students and would be greatly appreciated and utilized.
