Hello! I'm a first year teacher, and have learned so much from my students this year! Part of being a teacher is getting to know your students and recognizing their learning needs! When I teach math, I try my best to ensure that my students understand the content. There have been a few times where I have noticed that they would benefit from hands on learning manipulatives. For instance, when teaching place value students have a hard time comprehending value. Kids benefit from hands on, kinesthetic learning, so this is why I would love to provide them with math mainpulatives! I have also added some privacy folders for them to use during state testing.
