Educating the whole child is what our district strives for when our students walk through the school doors each day. Who the students become is just as important as academics to us. One way we can educate the whole child outside of the classroom is on the playground through essential team building games. These games are designed to get students used to working collaboratively with different personalities and tools to solve conflicts. We live in a world where we are constantly coming across different people, and we need to prepare our students with strategies to work in teams and solve conflicts. Creating healthy strategies that students can carry into the workforce is a necessity. In order for us to organize these games, we are in need of equipment. I asking for donors to donate towards purchasing the appropriate equipment to help our students become better citizens. Some of these items include flags for capture the flag, basketballs, do, and we hope you partner with us to instill these values in our students through games during their recess time!
