My students will be using the interactive notebooks to practice skills learned in 3rd through 5th grade using a hands on approach. The interactive notebooks allow students to review material taught throughout the school year in one organized book. Many of my students require repetition to master a specific skill therefore these books will be perfect for them! The math games will be used to reinforce lessons on place value, decimals, multiplication and division. Students will be more engaged in their learning through play. If you don't believe me, just read what my students have said about the materials we are requesting! Student 1: "Games allow me to learn without having to complete worksheets." Student 2: "Worksheets are boring. I want to play math games to learn my times tables!"
