I want to provide my students an opportunity to turn an unfortunate event to a positive experience. On our school's playground was intentionally set on fire on September 8th, shortly after the school year began. Please feel free to go to following link to see the news coverage of this unfortunate event (https://www.whec.com/news/officials-investigate-arson-at-rochester-school-playground-/5069895/). My students are determined to fight fire with fire. They have selected alternative games they can play during recess. In order to participate in these games we do need the equipment I am requesting. They are not letting this fire set them back and ruin their recess.
