After 27 years as an educator, I currently teach Kindergarten in an inner city school. The students I teach come from families of limited income and therefore have had limited experiences in the outside work. Our school has recently become partners with the Kids of the Bay to start a school garden at our site and are in the beginning stages of our planting.
