Help make my room accessible to non-traditional learners. Having a way to demonstrate techniques to the entire classroom is an amazing asset! Students learn the actual physical motions and watch artwork develop in real time. Having a visual makes an amazing different - photos and text can only convey the practical side of art to a certain extent. Being able to use a document camera in the classroom for advanced demonstrations would really help students wrap their brains around the techniques they're trying to learn. Technology is also an important aspect of our curriculum. Learning about the many way art and technology interact in the modern world helps spark ideas and get brains churning!
