Students love doing hands-on experiments and engineering projects! With these new fossil specimens students will be able to excavate like real Paleontologists. The fossils and plaster will be will be used to explore craters and collisions, like the giant asteroid that wiped out the Dinosaurs. We will also be studying light and wave properties. Students will use the prisms to observe light split into the different colors of the rainbow. Purchasing these supplies for my students would positively impact and enrich their lives by giving them an authentic Science experience. It is my hope that I can create scientifically literate adults that would choose to enter Science careers in the future.

About my class
