The students will be able to use the tricycle as a choice for exercise. Most of them will not be able to balance on a regular bike. We have chosen a company that makes special bikes for children with disabilities. The students participate in P.E. on a limited basis, but they would love to be able to ride a bike. Outside activity and a feeling of being able to some of the activities that their peers participate is very important to these amazing students. Missoula is a very bike focused town, so being able to ride a bike would help them feel a part of the community.
