Flexible seating will enhance student achievement by stimulating sensory needs, fostering spaces for collaboration, increasing student engagement and motivation, improving self-understanding, and by allowing students to take charge of their own learning. My students will be able to use these products throughout the day while learning about core academics, life skills, and social skills. With the products I have chosen, students will be able to choose between wobble chairs, floor cushions and comfy floor seats. Through flexible seating, students will learn which type of seating best meets their needs. Adding interesting seating options to the classroom is essential to keeping students interested and focused.

About my class
