Technology is everywhere! At our school, we are lucky enough to have 1:1 iPads. Students learn at vastly different rates, and with technology, I am able to differentiate learning to better fit each student’s individual needs. Students are learning how to become good digital citizens in a technological advanced age. Not everyone is able to afford proper headphones, which are necessary when 21 iPads are talking and working at once. We use them for spelling and math practice, as well as listening to reading for increased fluency and comprehension. A favorite app is Seesaw, which enables families a glimpse in their child’s learning and daily school activities.
