The Osmo brings to life what the students create. They are challenged with letter formations, creativity, following directions, and creating a masterpiece. The Osmo makes learning fun but at the same time it challenges students to go beyond their box and create a new way of looking at letters, numbers, animals and so on. My students are visual learners and Osmo creates that visual learning environment as it comes to life. By using the slants, curves, and sticks that are included in this Little Genius starter kit, students are able to relate making the letters back into their writing journals.
