Having these materials will give my students a variety of options to do during alternative recess or when trying to make a connection with them. Playing a game is a zig way to making a connection with a kid assuring them they have a trusted adult on their team. Having a variety of activities to choose from helps to make my room exciting and inviting. Students will have a bigger selection of games to meet different levels and age groups. Having a variety of activities makes the room less intimidating and makes students reach out to other students then we help make our goal of helping them belong.
