My students are fun, energetic, compassionate young adults and we are working hard to reignite the love of reading not only in our classroom but throughout our school. Our demographics are changing and the number of students who come to us from low-income families is on the rise. Our community is one of the fastest growing this side of the Cascades and we need more accessible, relevant, and high-interest books. You can help make a difference for over 140 students this year and because the books curated for our list is full of award-winners, they will be enjoyed for years to come.

About my class
