The Breakout EDU kits that I am requesting will be used to foster an escape room situation in my classroom. Who doesn't like a little fun competition? The kit will be used in my class to introduce a new unit of study, practice problem solving, aid in team building among peers, build precision and speed with their math skills, and teach my students how to persevere to solve difficult problems. The Breakout EDU software platform will allow me as their teacher to create fun and interactive games that will challenge my students' thinking. My students will also have the opportunity to apply their mathematical knowledge by creating their own break out games for our classroom and other students to use.
