My students are amazing learners. We spend a large part of our day in "Meeting Corner". Sitting on a tile floor can be uncomfortable and uninviting. As a first grader, it's also hard for them to visualize where to sit when all the tiles look the same. Having a Seating Shapes Carpet for Meeting Corner would provide my students, not only with a comfortable place to sit, but with a way for them to have a defined space. As their teacher, I can utilize the shapes and colors to create partnerships for knee-to-knee learning groups. They give this project two thumbs up!
