The Yamaha Band Books for trumpet, flute and clarinet will allow more students the opportunity to join the band. It will also provide them with a wider selection in terms of which instrument they choose to play and what music they learn. Being a part of a band or ensemble fosters bonds of friendship while at the same teaches students to be responsible and manage their time. With these student band books, my students will learn to read music and study music theory. They will become an important part of something greater than themselves. They will have ownership over the level of talent they can achieve. These are life skills that can change their circumstances for the better.
