Kindergarten has become more and more academically focused. The little bodies of 5 and 6 year old students are not meant to sit still. They are meant to move! Balance Ball and Wobble Chairs will provide my students with the opportunity to move while still meeting their academic needs. The Balance Ball and Wobble Chairs increase blood flow to the brain and help improve concentration and focus by keeping the body active and the mind engaged. These flexible seating options have also been shown to promote proper spinal alignment and posture. The new chairs will allow my students to learn in a way that is developmentally appropriate.
