My third graders attend a very rural school in Illinois. Some of my students live in an area where Internet access isn't even available. A large percentage of them live in poverty and are unable to afford electronics. Therefore, electronics provide an extremely motivating experience. I have a very happy group of children who are appreciative of any special activities provided. Students who would benefit from this project include those with gifted and average ability, as well as those with specific learning disabilities.

About my class
