As a first year teacher, my classroom library is very limited. The only books I have to offer are ones that I read back when I was in middle school, which are very categorically limited. There are just not enough books or variety to go around. With books like Chomp, The Doughnut Fix, Freak the Mighty and the James Patterson Middle School series, my students will be laughing with literacy soon enough! Everyone likes to laugh. By filling my library with humorous books I am expanding my classroom library while providing more options of books for my students to choose from. In today's world, every student deserves a good laugh.

About my class
