Our students enjoy new, fun, hands on ways of learning. Our classroom gets the opportunity to visit our school computer lab once a week. Without headphones, it is difficult for students to enjoy their own activities when everyones speakers are on at the same time. If every student has their own headphones, they will be able to focus, enjoy and get the most out of their own educational program. Also, our classroom has a few Chromebooks we use during classroom centers but without any headphones the noise levels in the classroom are very high which makes it difficult for anyone to focus in the class. All computer programs support our literacy development as the students listen to books, and play literacy games. In addition, we would appreciate new literacy centers to enhance our reading skills to help us reach our reading level goals. Literacy centers will help us increase our phonetic awareness abilities and make learning fun. Lastly, our mailboxes will help keep our classroom organized and clean. We want to make sure every student gets everything they need, home and safe. All of these resources will support our educational goals for the year!
