Students learn best when they share, collaborate, and build together. Having these computers in the classroom will allow students to work in teams to compose and present shared essays and multimedia projects. The computers will allow my usually silent, shy students to shine because they will not have to compete with the louder voices in the class when we have in-class electronic Socratic seminars. While many of the scholars will use their phones or have their own devices, there are always some students who just do not have the technology. Having computers in the classroom will provide more avenues for my students to participate without shame or stigma.
