Working with students who have difficulties with math is a passion for me, and providing these students with the knowledge of how to use technology to compensate for their learning disability will help me get these students ready for the real world. Currently my classroom set of calculators only have the most basic functions, and no graphing abilities. Having calculators that not only have all the basic graphing calculator functions, but also with color displays will help my students with math disabilities be able to visualize and comprehend the problems. I have a wonderful group of students who are working hard and determined, so these two calculators would be put to good use.
