We are a self-contained special education classroom on the south side of Chicago. Our class is made up of 14 cool 3rd-5th grade students with significant disabilities (many with autism). They are a spirited group with a serious thirst for knowledge. These kids view and exist in the world in their own unique ways. A dull day in my classroom just isn't possible. I'm lucky to spend my days with such a remarkable group of scholars. <3
