These books that I have selected to add to my classroom library will continue to enhance the love for reading that I am trying to instill in my students. My classroom library is a place that I want my students to really enjoy and I want them to be thankful for the opportunities to read. All of these books have been chosen with my students in mind-and to teach cultural responsiveness in my classroom. Students will be able to choose books, but most importantly we will begin to have literature circles which will help them truly delve into the books and have reflective dialogue about them.
