As a school counselor, I deliver age-appropriate classroom guidance to Pre-Kindergarten through sixth grades. Some of the topics I cover include personal safety, social skills, character education, bullying, and drug education. Having a color printer will enhance the students learning environment by providing visual tools that are printed in color. I often play games with the students to reinforce the concept of the lesson and to make it fun for the students. Typically, it requires having various things printed on paper. By printing in color and on thick cardstock paper, I can laminate the items making them more durable to use multiple times. Having additional ink cartridges and cardstock paper enables me to continue developing new and creative ways to bring important life lessons to the students.
