Students will use the Dell Inspire laptops to collect and analyze data collected during inquiry-based laboratory experiments. The laptops will connect to LabQuest devices and will allow the students to present and share data with each other and in their lab notebooks. The ability to create graphs and analyze graphs is a critical life skill that students will practice and develop over the course of the year using the Dell Inspire laptops. I want my students to leave my classroom with a wonder about the world, an ability to think through scientific problems and analyze scientific data, and the skills to succeed in a tech-centered world. Providing students with the equipment and software to collect and display is essential to help them prepare for the future work force.

About my class
