My 7th grade students are in need of Chromebooks in the classroom for curriculum and research purposes. Many of the assignments in their English/Language Arts curriculum, Learnzillion, call for independent research tasks, and these students do not have the technology available to complete these assignments. With the Chromebooks, students will be able access databases to complete independent research tasks in class. They will have the capability to strengthen their research skills, enhance their typing ability, earn how to navigate the internet and computer, and become strong, independent learners. All of these are skills that are needed in order to be successful in the 21st century.

About my class
