This project will begin as a leveled book study with the "I Survived" series of books. The students will receive books in their level and we will discuss and build the students reading comprehension and vocabulary. I also want to purchase 3 other small group sets of books to push my higher students to the next level. This library has various reading levels, to help match the differentiation that is needed in my room. The students will enjoy reading the I Survived series and learning some historical events while building their reading skills. I also have books in this project to pique other students' interests.
