This iPad will be used by my students to help them communicate to myself and other students in class, explore places around the world at the touch of a button using google apps, send information to parents almost immediately, work on functional goals (cooking, time, life-skills, etc.), and so much more. The students' individualized goals will come to life on the iPad. They will be able to interact with colors, numbers, time, money, books, and writing. Each student will also be able to monitor their behavior points and be able to visualize where they are in their behavior goal and what growth they still need to make. The iPad will allow my students to start working towards independence.
