By learning how to use and play these boomwhacker instruments our students will be able to experience pentatonic, diatonic music in a different form kinetically and physically by infusing efforts within their whole bodies to create music. While learning pre-developed music and creating their own music students will play with the concepts of rhythm, timing, tempo, syncopation and so forth. Every student will have the opportunity to focus on one small aspect of the greater whole when working together as an ensemble to perform their song renditions. Each part is necessary and significant to the portrayal of the piece. Creating a symbiotic work ethic as a team!

About my class
