Being able to print professional looking projects will give students pride in their work and the desire to create high quality projects by being able to print in color. As part of the curriculum, students study college expenses and student loans, including various repayment scenarios. Students examine their future college and career goals and prepare a budget based on their anticipated expenses. The finished product looks so much better in color! It raises students self-esteem when they are proud of their work and increases the likelihood of their integrating what they've learned in the classroom into their "real-world" lives. Additionally, I advise a student club, Future Business Leaders of America. Students in the club would use the printer to promote their activities.
