By giving my students different seating options around the room to complete their work, they become more invested and engaged in what they are doing. For some students, having headphones can make a difference in their learning. Whether it be because they want to cancel out some noise during independent work time or have the ability to have their tablets read to them, headphones can really make a difference in a child's learning.
