Dance is form of bodily expression. So, with the tumbling mats and balance beams this will help form the important techniques of dance. They will learn to cartwheel, head roll and balance in a safe environment. Tumbling is a huge part of dance because it teaches the students certain motor skills that some struggle to find. My students will have so much fun learning how to do a roundoff or even a back handspring with the tumbling mat. They will even learn to master their pirouettes with learning to balance on one leg by using the balance beams. I really enjoy that the tumbling mats and balance beam fold so they can be put away without taking to much of the dance space. They will be easy to manage and maintain. These materials will help the students to build strength and confidence in the art of dance. But most of all, they will give the students the opportunity to learn the art of tumbling.
