My students need white boards and erasesr to show problems in not only math, but it spelling too. The white boards would be great in small group setting, but as well as whole group when teaching. It is a quick way for me to see if a student understand a concept. I would use these white boards for a mini lesson in groups and have the students do problems on them. It is a great way to save copy paper in the classroom.
My students also need copy paper. Our school only gives us one box for one quarter. That paper needs to last us for a long time. I make a lot of packets for my students. A lot of packets are at different levels. Some are harder than others, and others are easy. I need some kind of way to assess the students and I use copy paper just for that.
My students also need lined paper with wide lines. A lot of my students have big handwriting, and while trying to teach them how to control their letters, it is hard when they are writing on line paper that they are not ready for. My students need paper with wide lines because they are getting use to writing their thoughts and feelings on paper.
Any kind of donation would be amazing to have in our classroom. I know I would greatly appreciate it but I know my students will be happy to see that others want them to be successful in their education career.
