I am a K-2 life skills teacher. I have students with varying educational, communication, medical, and behavioral needs. I strive to help my students learn coping skills and communication skills to decrease behavioral challenges and increase independence. My students have meaningful roles in our school with an inclusive staff and student body. We celebrate every step in the right direction. We try new things and grow our brains while having fun every day. My classroom is a calming, happy environment where every student is loved and respected while being pushed to exceed their goals.
