As a kindergarten teacher, I see my students grow up quite a bit through the year. The large tables in my classroom often present difficulties for my students when they are trying to work. Group work at tables in the past has not always been the most feasible option because my students are not able to share the supplies in a way that promotes cooperation. Smaller tables in my room will also allow us to social distance more effectively. I can space the tables out more, and I do not need to put as many students together at one table. By donating to our classroom, you are helping us create a more kid friendly, size appropriate environment for everyone to feel comfortable learning in.
