These materials will be utilized to bring my classroom into the 21st century. 21st century teaching creates a technological platform for the modern student to learn, grow and expand knowledge! Technological programs like Nearpod, Mentimeter, and Kahoot will allow for me to pedagogically make history come alive for my students, but I cannot utilize this programs without the necessary technology to do so! These programs can allow the class to take virtual reality tours of historical landmarks, interactive group quizzes, word classes, and digital collaboration. Having a class set of 25 Amazon Fires would change everything, the possibilities are limitless! Currently, my students are at a serious loss by not being given access to tablets to utilize technology in the classroom on a daily basis! Please help me help my students so they can be fully prepared and better equipped for the modern world. Living and working in a modern world dominated by science and technology, my students needs to have modern classroom infused with modern technology! Any help would make a huge difference in these students’ education!
