My students are book loving, avid readers and enthusiastic learners. While school is not in session during their summer break, books are extremely hard for my students to purchase on their own. Most of my students do not have personal libraries at home. I want my students to feel as though they have a way to escape into an adventure through reading during their summer break. I want to take the stress off of our families and add a little joy and reading to their children's summer break through reading together as a family or a child reading solo.
