Our school is a Title I school in Southern California. A Title I school means that we have a very high number of students who receive free and/or reduced lunches. Simply put, not many of our students come from wealthy households. The students that I work with are all challenged by some type of learning disability. The projects proposals that I create are all for tools that will help my students to overcome the learning challenges with which they are faced. Most of my students do not have a means to access and learn to use different types of technology and computers at home. It is critical that they learn to use computers and develop skills that will enable them to access information for them to succeed in college and one day in the work force. Your donations will have a profound and positive impact on students without a lot of resources who have significant disability challenges that impede learning. Thanks!
