The Neorok stools will be used at centers and the teacher table to allow students an option for seating. The chairs I have inherited in my classroom are old and many are off-balanced. Although I incorporate movement in the classroom throughout the day, sitting in a hard, uncomfortable chair makes for a long day. The students will benefit from the flexible seating options by having a choice of type of chair they sit on during small group work. The Neorok is different from the traditional student chair as it will allow for the students to release energies and move their bodies. These stools will help students to "Rok" and focus their bodies to be available for learning!
