These different sitting options will help begin the process of student learning how they learn best. They will begin to explore if they engage better if seated on a bouncy ball, a wobbly stool, on the floor, standing up, walking around or on a regular chair. Students will learn what works best for them. There will no longer be the standard, " What is good for one is good for all." Students can experiment and learn what works best for them. Not all students learn the best sitting in a standard chair. Many students need to move and wiggle to keep their mind in engaged in the task at hand.
