Many of my students struggle attending school every day, not because of lack of motivation or intellect, but because they lack essential items, such as clean school uniforms. Providing access to washing machine and dryer to wash their school uniform will take unnecessary anxiety out of the equation and make a difference in their attendance and academic performance. These students would have a fair shot at focusing on their academic performance and will not have to worry about not having life essentials to attend school. This will give them confidence to come to school, get ready to learn each day with a fresh and a renewed drive.
