Having the materials to make sculptures opens up opportunities for my students to build with their hands and create art in a different way! Students will gain knowledge of sculpture artists and further develop their artistic skills by using a variety of art materials. The Blick Plaster Cloth is great for making African Mask Sculptures and will be beneficial with teaching my students about diverse cultures and traditions around the world. Students will learn about the different characteristics of African Masks and the symbolism of colors and designs that are incorporated mask making.

About my class
