My students are continuously eager to get their hands on the few pieces of technology we have in our classroom. Students no longer learn best from paper and pencil. I would love to enhance their learning experience by incorporating more technology into our daily lessons and activities. The use of an iPad will allow the students to use the technology while being in centers and small groups. Also, using an iPad is much easier developmentally for a first grade student that using a desktop or laptop computer. The use of technology grasps a student's interest, enabling him/her to want to learn more!
