During the pandemic, the kindergarten team decided to do yoga Mondays with our students. We felt that this was a great way for the students to relax their minds and forget about how their first year of school was so different. The students loved how every Monday there was a different yoga theme and enjoyed following along with the instructor. Giving each student a yoga mat would allow them to be comfortable and not have to lay on the dirty floors. Each student would be given their own mat to use for the year.
