The Goal of this project is to provide students with HEADPHONES. Our math department, along w/ our Professional Development Dept and admin, are trying to meet the needs of all our students by providing an evidence-based teaching method called "Flipped Learning". Redirecting the attention from the teacher to the learner involves a combination of interactive videos and learning activities. Before, students had to complete the most challenging exercises at home, sometimes without support. Now, we can introduce the topic at home, then provide them with teacher and peer support during class. An added benefit we get to form positive relationships with ALL our students. We need HEADPHONES to allow students to review videos, as well as to cancel noise to allow students to FOCUS while taking assessments/when they want to focus while active learning is going on around them.
